Our
parent company, Yorklyn Associates, was founded in 1990 as a general
contractor and construction manager specializing in commercial and
industrial construction. Initially doing work for DuPont in such
places as Garden City, NY; Manatee, Puerto Rico; Phoenix, AZ; and
Wilmington, DE, Yorklyn Associates then widened the scope of its
operations by completing work for other companies in the
pharmaceutical industry.
Commercial Construction Mastery
A storehouse of knowledge and
experience with structural refits and structural concrete repairs
drawn from many years of laboratory, processing plant, industrial,
and commercial construction benefit our work today. Seldom are we
called upon simply to "spray a site." Usually the project is

to assess the support structures, foundation, and wall linings and
then complete repairs. Our background in commercial construction
led us to open EnviroCoat Installation Company in order to develop
